[This is regarding Falke's onlineservice] Ordered several pairs of socks. One developed a hole after wearing in wide shoes for a very short period. Horrible experience with customer service - refused to accept fault or to provide a refund, after stalling for weeks, and very rude on the phone. Wish I had seen reviews online first. Falke items are quite expensive; it is shocking how poor their service is.
