Burberry Villaggio mall customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff is so low class and does not have the proper customer service experience. They lack professionals, honestly, and transparency with the customer. I have dealt with the store many times but this is the 2nd time I face this bad experience. The staff require more training on customer service.
