Black Sheep Beaufort
2024 Jul 13
My family of five dined at Black Sheep in Beaufort this week. We enjoyed the wood-fired pizza with boats docked in the marina as our backdrop. The pizza has perfect doughy but not too chewy crust with generous toppings. The beet salad was delicious and simple with a very tasty lemon vinaigrette dressing. Our server, made us feel like valued guests and we found that Black Sheep was wallet-friendly for waterfront dining. We will definitely be back on our next jaunt to Beaufort
Katie Made Bakery
2023 Nov 19
I was in Portland for a memorial celebration of my close friend's life. I stayed just up Congress St. I am thankful we stumbled upon Katie Made Bakery. It was so good we had breakfast there three mornings in a row. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely perfect. I don't know how they made the eggs so fluffy! I had the Spinach & Goat cheese sandwich which was so delicious. The next day I had the same and added a sausage patty! Perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. I also had a blueberry muffin that was decadently delicious - loaded with blueberries.
I haven't eaten Colombian food very often and I was very pleased and impressed. I had the Bistec a la Criolla which consisted of a very flavorful slice of steak covered in a delicious scrumptious "Colombian Sauce". I'm not sure what all was in the sauce but I absolutely loved it! To top it off the service was spot on and the prices very reasonable. Maybe they can try for a liquor license!! I will return next time I am in Tampa
