I purchased a belt priced at 499 rupees on February 7th, 2024, from Trends, The Capital, Science City, Ahmedabad Branch. Unfortunately, after just two days of use, the upper layer of the belt began to lose its adhesive, and today, on March 4th, 2024, the belt snapped into two pieces. This incident is particularly disappointing given my long-standing loyalty as a customer of Trends for the past seven years. It's disheartening to encounter such poor quality in a product from a brand I have trusted for so long.
