I made an order and had an unpleasant experience with the telephone representative. Despite calling them multiple times, they were unprofessional and rude, even hanging up on me at times. Two hours later, the rider contacted me but still failed to deliver my order. This behavior was unacceptable and I believe Subway should investigate and address this issue.
