It’s a way smaller dining facility than I’m used to but it’s really not that bad. The food is decent and I don’t have to go far at all to grab my lunch so that’s a plus. The food is diverse as well. I’ve been stationed here for almost a month and haven’t eaten the same lunch/dinner twice.
If you’re in Universal Studios and want a delicious bite to eat, this is the spot for you! There was a long wait for food but the place was packed so it was understandable! I had the Italian caprice sandwich! It was so good! The fresh mozzarella sealed the deal for me! The fresh tomatoes and the fresh bread was just a plus! Highly recommend!
I will say that this is the first time I’ve been disappointed visiting a museum. I mean $15 to see what? No wonder the place was a ghost town. We were barely there for 30 minutes. The exhibits were bare and even the best exhibit, the Egyptian exhibit, was underwhelming. The place stated that you’re not allowed to take photos or videos of the mummy there but sorry, we’re getting the most out of that $15 we spent there! This museum should either be free or $5 at maximum. I’ve paid $10 for way larger museums but this isn’t it. As a Louisiana native, this was unacceptable. I felt bad that my mom didn’t have a good time. Your money will be well spent at one of the neighboring museums such as the USS Kidd. That would be my suggestion, go elsewhere and save your money 💯
Wow what an absolutely cool and interesting museum to visit! At first, me and my aunt came in on the wrong floor and there was no staff or anything lol so we thought that it was just a quick little in and out tour but eventually ended up in the right spot and we’re glad we did! This was the best $8 I’ve spent this year! The museum was way bigger than I had imagined and the variety of sculptures and artifacts varied from Asian, African, Mesoamerican, etc. It was a very cool spur of the moment trip. The only quarrel we had which was quite an odd one, was that it was really weird that there was an unbelievable hike of stairs up to the African American history area. Everything else had an elevator and walk up so that was really off. The African American art gallery was also sadly really small. I see that they’re adding some things on but gotta do better because that doesn’t look good. Overall, the museum is a solid 10/10 😍
