HaKosem

The hummus is pretty decent, but watery and the portion size is really small.
The sides (falafel and eggplant) are a nice addition, but I'd rather have a bigger main dish. They also don't offer refills like many other hummus places.
The price is fair, for the hummus dishes but too steep for most other dishes, compared to other joints in the area.
Overall you're paying for the location (the middle of Tel-Aviv) more than you do for the quality of the food.
Museum on the Seam

Small and interesting art museum.
It has 2 rotating galleries, touching on the area of the seam. Tries to give voice to people from all the different parts of Israeli society.

Entry price was fair at 40₪.
The museum also has a gorgeous view on the hotel district and Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
