I'm a realtor in Central Massachusetts, about 50 miles west of Boston. How many times do you see a realtor writing a review about another realtor? I met Frank DiMaria from The Boston Realty Group when he was helping some longtime clients in their search for a waterfront home in Central Mass, and they came across my listing. He was working with great buyers, I was working with great sellers, yet it was one of the most stressful real estate transactions I've ever been a part of~~no part of which was due to the buyers or the sellers, but the municipality and their constantly changing finish line on the installation of a new septic system at the property. Frank was amazing every step of the way, from the first day I met him and his clients--right through to the closing, and even in communication we've had to coordinate things after the closing. We communicated almost daily over the past few months, and in talking through my frequent, yet discouraging, updates -- Frank knew what questions to ask, he respected that I was doing the best I could to balance the communication of so many moving parts of the transactions (sellers were also buying). It was a delicate situation, and I'm 100% certain that without Frank as the buyer agent, the series of multiple transactions would have collapsed. He is articulate, professional, tenacious, asks the right questions, and acts in the best interests of his clients in order to get the job done. I don't know if our paths will cross in the future, but I hope to work with Frank again! Highly recommend!!
