When I moved in, they had a major trash problem. I’m sure it was a sign but I was hopeful it would get better here. Unfortunately, it didn’t. Since then my electrical outlets have stopped working randomly. My apartment was flooded due to
work on another unit upstairs. I’ve seen a neighbor evacuate their home due to a fire where the fire department was called to the scene. There were numerous instances where I’ve seen officers searching for criminals on the premises. The service here is like everywhere else in Orlando- sparse. They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t prioritize the residents and I guarantee the rates are going up. This place has potential but management needs address their issues.

Although I’ve had a rough experience here, I wanted to add that management is willing to listen and to work with the residents. I had a personal issue and was very impressed with the way management handled it. It left such an impression on me that I bumped up my rating to two more stars. It’s easy to air our grievances but it’s important to show credit where it’s due! Please keep up the great work! Thank you, UPA.
