The maintenance staff is great but it's expected when things are always breaking. Appliances are old, carpet old and old cabentry. To add the property manager is extremely rude and not understanding. Threaten to tow my car due to a dead battery and because she has seen me "walking and getting rides." Mind you, my car is registered, insured with a valid sticker. She was extremely rude when I went to speak with her and called the police to tell them she was "scared" after me rusfusing to leave the office without resolving the issue. The deputies were extremely understanding as I posed no threat, never raised my voice or used profanity. Save yourself the headache.
