It’s been almost 5 years since I moved here, and 2 managing companies I must say that during my time at Canopy Apartments things got better as far as maintenance requests even on the weekends or holidays. The waiting time to fix simple or major issues never exited few hours rarely one day. The current management here is awesome and always accommodating and hopefully things even get better in the future (parking assignments)
