I recently bought a new car battery and had it installed at Batteries Plus at this store. It took two different guys to install it. Two days later I went to a doctor appointment, came out and my car was dead-not even lights on the dash or clicking noise. When assistance finally arrived it was determined one of the battery terminal connectors wasn't tightened properly and had come loose. I won't bother describing the terrible inconvenience this was-any one who's been stranded alone knows.
I also found out that the battery terminal was bent sideways for some unknown reason & had to have that fixed.
I paid $200 for this battery. I went back to the store the next day and spoke to the manager. He offered me $32 refund for my trouble and refused to pay for the cost of fixing the terminal.
I give a review of no confidence to this store.
