Pathetic service by Ravi. He is a fraud. He only thinks about how he will make free money. Do not book here even if they offer free. We have booked 10.5 days innova from 11 July to 22 July. 1 month notice and 10 days prior to the trip even giving advance but the driver came on 13 July evening. They told us that the driver was trapped in jammu Srinagar highway but our fifth member who was travelling back to home reached jammu in 12 hours. We have booked a full day taxi but for the first 2 days they Arranged dropping. The first drop was from pahalgam to sringar and next was to gulmarg. No sightseeing was included in this dropping even after paying approx 5k per day. We were going to lunch and market by our own money which was 7-8 km from our room. The driver came on the 13th of July evening. We had 2 hours to see the whole Srinagar. The next day our trip was to Sringar to Leh. The driver was not known about any of this plan. Ravi not having time to tell the actual plan to the driver. He refused that we couldn't reach on time. Even if the route is of 10 hours. He took 15 hours. The driver was new to this road and he was going on this route after 15-20 years. How can Ravi book this driver on risky roads like this if the driver has not been driving here for 15 years. How can someone send a driver for the sake of money and risk 4 people's lives. He doesn't know the route, sight seeing place, petrol pump, food places. He was rude and always argued. Once we confronted Ravi then He was talking rudely and saying why you need a driver to tell you about a sightseeing place you can find by yourself and asking us to adjust. Everyone has a car in their home Why do we book a taxi because the guide can explain to us about the places but here the driver was taking more pictures of sight seeing places than us. The driver wanted to take a break every hour. The Manali Chandigarh Highway was closed. Ravi told us to come from the same route. We again came from leh to jammu. And the original trip became small and should completed in just 7 days. We saved 2 days in the last which was occupied in manali stay and sightseeing. So basically service was started on 13 and should end on 19 but driver refused to drive from Sringar and asked us to stay there only after traveling 150 km from drass and completed on 8th day. Basically services provided by them was only for 7 days instead of 10.5 days. But Ravi refused to take less money and his driver was threatening us for tourism authority and parking the vehicle many times in the middle of the highway. They took only 5k less money but actually we were in the car for just 7 days. They have just dropped us from Sringar to leh and leh to jammu. Also, the car condition was very bad it was not compatible to drive on hill roads. He was not washing/wiping the windshield, glass, side glass, nothing. He was not covering proper plastic on luggage in rain and our half clothes were wet. He was drinking liquor every night and asking for money every day even though the trip was not completed. Once you start the journey they will not co-operate and you have to go because of the ahead booking.
