From the leasing office 😉.This is just a reminder that our community does actively tow cars that are not in compliance within myvipparking for residents and register2park for guests.
We give one parking permit (via MyVIPParking) per leaseholder. If you get a temporary rental car you MUST update within MyVIPParking before parking in any space that is not labeled visitor. Any car without proper registration within MyVIP, which is parked in a non-visitor parking space is at risk of being TOWED. If you change vehicles, you must update within MyVIPParking. Reserved parking is $30 each month for leaseholders with more than 1 vehicle each month, and you can request one by calling or emailing the office.
Even if you are a resident, if you park in Guests Parking, YOU MUST REGISTER AS A GUEST. Your VEHICLE will be TOWED if not REGISTERED.
