I hoped after the takeover by Tata, I would be able to see nicer and functional seats , but 20% of the seats in business class we’re having issues with reclining and the entertainment system is absolutely awful. Being a born Indian I would definitely prefer Air india over others if the service improves. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is also average. They need to improve on the seats and make it fully functional.
