This is the worst city office I have ever dealt with, After visiting the office in Riverside I was told there was a 3 - 4 hour wait so I made an appointment two weeks later and was given paperwork to fill out and given paperwork on how to log in to the riverside portal. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they didn't accept any plans in person and that they had to be uploaded to the portal and that they didn't have time to deal with me uploading at that time because they had other appointments to deal with. This was totally unbelievable that my time wasnt important to the other appointments. I drove twice an hour each way to get treated like this in which my tax money supports this office. After dealing with this I went to the front desk to make another appointment in which the lady told me to have a seat because the computer wasn't letting her make an appointment for me. I just walked out at this time this is the most unprofessional place I've had to deal with in a long time.
