The place represents prominent old commercial centre of KL which has some of the old crafts under its roof. The place is old and has a shopping centre vibe. It's very different from the modern Malls and Commercial centre. One will find handicrafts and other non branded clothing. There are few good shops but the prices are on the higher side. For the same item there are multiple rates. The quality of the Clothes here is just acceptable but highly overpriced.
