This store sucks when it comes to customers welfare and customer service, there's a particular staff who doesn't even know how to act professionally, wondering if she even got a proper training on how to deal with customers accordingly
My teenage daughters were fitting clothes for upcoming Christmas party,
What this staff did was, all of a sudden banging on the fitting door, trying to barge in while my daughters were inside
This experience caused them stress
Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!!
Creating a scene to humiliate my daughters when all they want is to fit the clothes they have chosen for the occasion!
Planning to file a complaint on this
Very unacceptable attitude towards customers!!!!
Management must take proper disciplinary action on this type of employee
Shame on the un professionalism of this staff!!!
