Shout out to Cory at Belmont Place he is a very professional and kindhearted property manager who does a thorough job of ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for the community. Cory in particular goes above and beyond to serve the Belmont place community in many different ways. He is quick to respond to work calls and he makes a concerted effort to patrol the property in the evenings to keep it safe. There are many families who seemed happy here during my girlfriend’s tenancy. Belmont has a nice pool and offers a small private exercise room along with a comfortable lounge in the cabana with a grill. Not a bad place to live by any means and highly recommend for the price range, especially in Bellevue. Very close to downtown plus an abundance of shopping right next door.
