Moved in here a few months ago and I wanted to wait for awhile before I gave a review. Living at Belmont Place has been such an enjoyable experience. The leasing and maintenance staff are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The property manager is always onsite and available 6 days a week. The Maintenance manager is a gem and will do whatever he can do to make tenants happy and comfortable. A few examples are that I wanted and requested some changes done in my unit. Most properties would flat out decline make any changes to unit but Belmont Place goal is to make their tenants comfortable and happy which is why there are some tenants that have been here for 20+ years.
This is an older complex which means there will be some outdated styles and features. But the units do come with updated heating and wiring, adjustable lighting and temp, ceiling fans in multiple rooms, washer and dryers in unit, and double paned windows!!!!! For a place in Bellevue that is under 2k that is awesome. Also this complex is next to a main street but the way it was structured keeps most of the units away from all the traffic noises.
Pro -
- Friendly and lenient Property manager.
- Awesome maintenance staff with quick turnaround time..
- Well built units.
- Property is willing to make changes as best as they can to make you happy.
- Quite and friendly community
- well maintained gardening
- close to everything, easy access to highways and to downtown Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and Seattle.
- Plenty of awesome shops and restaurants to visit.
- Next to a main street.
- Sound is well insulated when windows are closed.
- Quite community
Cons -
- Second floor units don't have any balconies/patios
- no A/C- which is understandable, most places built pre-2016 don't have a/c
- Some unit's carpets are outdated.
