Placed an order, with Express Shipping that I paid $22.00 for, emailed 2 days later to find out where my order was and was told they aren't in stock. Never got a call or email then while on hold with the store, looking for my order I get an email refund - beyond Poor! And to blame your website guy - come on! I would have ordered elsewhere if you didn't have express shipping so I will have a sad 10 yr old from Christmas!
