TL;DR its another oriental eatery, just more expensive because its in TLV.
The place sits at the base of the Hagag building, a short walk from the nearest train station and bus stops, just outside the Sarona area.
I was part of a group that gathered at the place, and we each ordered as we came in. The service is VERY good - all the waitresses were very nice and helpful, recommend dishes and were quick with our plates, always noticing we had enough to drink.
The place has minimal decoration, and we noticed the music only when then lowered the volume so we were able to talk.
The food is nice, but nothing to write home about: I ordered a bowl of ramen, which was poured right in front of me (the broth), but the other ingredients felt a bit stale or dry. Other had sushi, which left them wanting afterwards. The second dish I've ordered (noodles with beef and veggies) was lovely, even though it was overflowing with monosodium glutamate.
And of course, since this is the heart of Tel-Aviv, it was expensive.
The experience wasn't bad - it just was not that good, to justify the price.
