Rooms are nice, clean and modern. I was on the last floor so it even had a perfect view of the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz. Bathroom has a perfect size, bigger and more comfortable than any other hostel I've visited.
I took my laptop here once because it had a boot problem. They didn´t give me any information about it unless I called several times. They said they couldn´t do anything because they didn´t get the error message, even though I had a photo of it.
Then I got it back and seemed to work properly, but after some time it had the same problem. I took it back here with the error message on screen and the same dynamic took place. I only got it back after calling several times. This time, my device was there for 4 weeks and, the following day of the pick up, it had the exactly same boot error. The only information I received after all was that the OS was working and they didn´t have to reinstall it. I had to reinstall it myself just to find out that the problem was not the OS.
In total, my laptot was there for about 6 weeks and I spent more than 100€, all for it to be exactly at the same conditions as the day I took it here for the first time.
