Good food with vegan options. The bar has many drinks options. The holiday menu is excellent. Great place to come for happy hour.
Movie theater experience with food being served is typically good. The system of order cards bells are efficient. If you plan to eat in theater, remember to get there early. You can also order food at the bar and take it inside (but drink refills won't work).
The Plaza across from the theater has good Christmas decorations and play area for kids. Lots of fun for younger kids and families. Good for others to walk around and explore the other restaurants, ice cream shops in the area.

Reston Pavilion used for gatherings and activities around the year. They have concerts, gatherings and events throughout the year. They have an ice rink and decorations during winter.

Turquoise trail is an excellent shaded trail in the heart of Reston. Runs along and close to Glade stream. It connects from Hunters woods shopping center to Southlakes plaza. Shaded and close to nature. Excellent for runners, walkers and dog lovers.
I hope all dog owners get responsible keeping furry animals on a leash. We used to foster dogs and ❤️ them. But some dog owners give everyone else a bad name. Like one pictured, didn't want to leash their dog.
Campfire is a nice place where there are occasional scout meets. You can rent this place through Reston . org.

Nice little park with many small picnics. There was one RV stopped here. Music from some picnics. Seemed to be a popular area for people to meet. The is a roller blade arena close by. There is lots of parking. The trails are good for both running, biking or biking walking.

Nice little jetty and boat ramp near Anacostia park. There were a few logs and tree branches in the water. But it seemed better than what other boaters came across.
The jetty seems to be a good place for people to fish. And people just sit around and enjoy the surroundings.
Hope people can leave the area clean. Would be a good place to meetup here for volunteer trash pickup.
