This is the second opportunity my family had had to work with Curt Midkiff to finance construction of our new home. Ours was a more complicated program for a number of reasons. Mr. Midkiff was able to plan and implement a creative arrangement that allowed us to finance the purchase and construction in one package. I was extremely impressed with his plan and it allowed us to work quickly and seamlessly with the banks and our construction company. The result is a wonderful new home.
