As a foreigner, I am so unfamiliar with my health insurance and relevant stuff. Austin and the doctor helps me a lot! Especially when the doctor gave me the referral to another doctor, Austin helped me to set everything right by walking me through the process of making an appointment and making sure that it would be covered by my insurance plan.
