The new pop up at Mikado. A relatively small store compared to other stores of this franchise.
Very important - you must make reservations when visiting on weekends, otherwise you won't have seats.
As to the place itself. Exactly what you can expect from the only beach front restaurant/bar in the area - expensive, slow service, poor food. But great view.

The best strategy with these places (who have a second to none location and therefore little motivation to invest extra thinking and effort in creating an excellent menu), is to order things they are less likely to mess up. We had coffee and 2-3 simple dishes which were great, and we obviously enjoyed the great view and ocean breeze.
Service is slow and messy, and if you arrive 5 min late to your reservation, you'll find out that your table has already been given to someone else.

We love coming here. Food is always fresh and looks great on the counter. The place is clean and organized, and the vibe is great. The only thing that bothered me is the seating arrangement outside, where they crammed lots of tables and people in small yard, some of of the people were smoking and it felt like they were smoking on us.
Rabin Square (previously called Israel's Kings Square) was named after late Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin, who was assassinated near that square. Hovering above it, is the Tel Aviv municipality building. I guess this Square is the parallel of Venice's St. Mark's Square or London's Trafalgar Square, only far less impressive. If fact, there isn't much to do here other than visiting the monument. On weekends, families come here for picnics, which is a lovely sight.
