During our recent visit to your establishment, we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our friends and proceeded to secure our reserved table. Subsequently, we placed orders for beverages and appetizers. Regrettably, our drink orders were not only incorrect but also forgotten entirely, resulting in an extended wait time for their eventual delivery and closure of our tab. Causing us to have to take turns to get to the lane to get our shoes & move our stuff over. This almost made us lose our lane.
Furthermore, upon proceeding to our designated lane, we encountered persistent technical difficulties. The lane frequently became stuck, necessitating multiple requests for assistance and resets of the pins. This resulted in a significant loss of 23 minutes of our allotted play time, solely due to lane and pin malfunctions. We had to purchase additional time to finish our first game.
It was so hot in the building at the lane area that it became uncomfortable to even bowl.

I have visited this establishment a few times with my friends. I truly appreciate the ambiance and enjoy watching the dancers perform. There's the area outside with tables & seats to relax & talk.
