I ordered a birthday cake from Jody for my hubby’s birthday. She was highly recommended and she certainly didn’t disappoint. I wanted a rum cake or should I say a Jamaican rum cake and that’s exactly what I got. The texture was consistent with the rich and delicious flavors of a well made Jamaican rum cake and the icing was perfectly balanced with a smooth finish. Jody paid attention to detail and worked with me on whatever changes I made after submitting my order. I would certainly recommend Jody/JodyBakez because of her professionalism and dedication to her customers. I nicknamed her Queen of bake because this is who she is.
