1 reviews on 1 places
Making a review for this sorry excuse of an apartment complex even though I never had the displeasure of living here because the fake reviews on here are hilarious and obviously paid for (check the positive reviewers’ profiles and you can see that they leave generic reviews for other apartments across the US.) First off, their website is garbage and vague and my partner and I were falsely led to believe the unit we qualified for didn’t have carpet. Which would be fine if the carpet wasn’t disgusting (I’ll get to that shortly.) So we go one day to our scheduled appointment to check things out, the door was locked and the manager lady was out to lunch. We waited around for 45 minutes to see if she’d come back but she didn’t. We went home and called again to reschedule and the lady said the places was being “cleaned”. We reschedule, come back to look and it was most definitely not cleaned. The refrigerator had blood and maggots in the freezer and the carpet was disgusting with stains all in it. The shower severely needed resurfacing, and the window frames were painted shut (which is against fire code I’m pretty sure.) Oh yeah and there were roach eggs in all the electrical outlets. I left and confronted the manager lady and I told her the place was definitely not cleaned. She goes, “Oh well I usually don’t let people look at the apartments until they’re cleaned.” Miss lady TOLD us it was cleaned AND had the gall to ask us to sign the lease the same day after I told her the place wasn’t cleaned?! She even begged us to come back through email for days after that. My partner and I ended up moving out of state to somewhere WAY cheaper and actually worth the money. If you can afford to avoid this place, do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY.
I have attached the picture of the lovely roach egg outlet. It’s an awesome amenity.
