I had 2 ebooks to get laminated! I will state the guy at the cs counter/other understood my needs! I give this guy in cs area 10 star rating ! He took care of what was needed. He called the manager which was reluctant to walk over so I had to. We talked but due to him and cashier not getting info correct I have no choice but to give 1 star to this place!
