I recently ordered underwear from the torrid website and while most of it was fine in the size I normally wear, two styles were clearly much too small for the size they were marked, by a good 2". I never wore them, just held them up to the other underwear of the exact same size and saw the obvious difference. I wanted to exchange them at the Deer Park store for a larger size and was told no, underwear is final sale. Bras returnable, underwear not. Makes no sense. This was not my mistake, the items were clearly mis-sized. They did not care. Extremely poor customer service at this location from a brand I really expect better from.
