It has entrances from almost every angle in piazza Duomo and connects both red and yellow line.

Well, it's not THAT ugly... it's just weird. It's still part of Milan's skyline and a monument of the city but when you're on the street below it, it's dirty and lonely (even though there is a metro station entrance near it). It's only worth seeing it from a far...unless they do another "design week" event like 2 years ago...

I'm sorry, I'll only give it 2 points. Maybe in it's past it was a beautiful park with flowers that decorated the most expensive hotels in Milan...but today, it's just a park where you wait for your tram to come or go to the metro. Sure, there are some nice buildings around but central station's insecurity is also present here and I wouldn't walk from here to the central station at night if I were you (there's also some "bad presences" in broad light near some stores).
