Dropped by this masjid twice. Once was to use the bathroom, and the next was around 40 minutes before maghrib. The bathrooms (for men) were open both times. When we came back to try to pray asr, the prayer area was closed, and while we could have prayed outside, I didn't see a place for my wife to use the bathroom.
Would be nice if the masjid was open between prayer times.

My wife and I dropped by here to pray Asr not too long before maghrib. It was not open when we arrived, but we went to a halal restaurant across the street, made wudu, and luckily someone came to open it soon before maghrib. Really nice brothers, masha Allah. I wish it was open between the prayers, but I can understand that with the pickpockets/theft in Berlin, they need to protect the place. Nevertheless, the community was incredibly welcoming and kind.
I dropped by here for dhuhr one day. Masha Allah, the masjid has a beautiful prayer area. I visited Turkey in 2017, and I love the dhikr that occurs before and after the prayer. In a similar fashion, this was occurring in this masjid.
The wudu area and bathrooms on the men's side were sufficient and clean. My one recommendation would be to request if they can have warmer water in the wudu area. As it's getting a little colder outside, this would be wonderful. This is a minor issue, but I thought I'd mention it.
