This is a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place for anyone. I did one massage last month for the first time and the experience was not bad, so I dis a membership to come every month due to a chronic pain in my back. I had to cancel my appointment yesterday due to an emergency at home ( taking my son to hospital at 9 am) so i called at 9:30 to cancel where it is impossible to go to this appointment. The lady answered the phone was super rude and she said that i will be fully charged for this service as i had to call 6 hours in advance to cancel. I am wondering if my appointment is 11:30 am so i had to call 5 in the morning to cancel ! Plus when i did the membership she said i can cancel any time, yesterday the whole thing was different. I can cancel after 30 days and they will charge me for March! Simply they rob people!

This is a very bad place to get your massage at, rude people and they simply tell you something and do something else. I will for sure wait till end of March to cancel this membership and will never go back again. I wish i can give them zero stars
