The worst motor insurance and customer service I ever had and experienced. There is no direct number to call the concerned person or department. They can only be contacted through email, it's been 15 days still there is no response from them.
I'm contacted with garage they till me we was sent report for insurance to approval but they still not replayed ( report sent to insurance befor 2 weeks )
I can't express enough my disappointment, considering that I paid for a full, comprehensive policy and never received good customer service from them. I'm being generous by giving them 1 star. They don't even deserve to have a star on the review.
