Everyone at Bear Playgrounds was a pleasure to work with. It took a while longer than anticipated for pieces of the playset to come in (per the usual in the world right now), but they were right on time for delivery to build the set and very friendly. Took 3 gentlemen about 8-9 hours to build the set, so the installation cost was well worth it in our book. Our daughter is thrilled and can't wait to play with it this summer!
