Owner is rude and disrespectful. Experience was from a while back but every time I walk by this shop I get such an ick feeling from being treated poorly. I hope this shop leaves Roncesvalles soon, I miss the previous owner.
EDIT IN RESPONSE: the previous owner directly told me she sold her store to an employee so it has in fact changed owners. Other reviews also confirm this (on top of it directly being disclosed to me by the previous owner). More ick from your response and the other reviews!
