In Genova for 3 days, I hadn't taste all the dishes of the city. The Blu experience was a really good option for a Fair price (30 euros)! I took the rose cocktail it was delicious. There were welcome pleasant appetizers then different dishes : tartare di tonno, caponata, fritti mixti, and tonno pasta. And a cannollo. All the dishes were delicious and in good portions, simple ingredients but different textures and tastes. Even if it is not the most famous dishes of Genova it gives a real taste of Italia. And the service was really cool with me as a tourist.

Amazing experience in a typical atmosphere. Perfect cooking of the seafood. I recommend the Taglierini Neri al sugo di pesce. Tasteful.
A bit disappointed with Pesce Spada con Funghi Porcini, I thought it would have more taste. But it was very nice cooked.
The waiters were very pleasant and the owner adorable.
