This was the worst customer service experience that my mom and I have had in a while. Not only did the receptionist's not give us the correct information about the treatment we were going to recieve but they also proceeded to speak extremley passive aggressively and condescending to us once my mom tried to explain the pain she was in after recieving the treatment, and was trying to figure out a fair solution. We used to come here many years ago and never had any issues but since the mangement and admin team have changed, this place has drastically gone downhill. Needless to say, my family and I will no longer be going there anymore.
