As a working father to two young kids who also works away in London there is very little point being registered with this GP because it seems impossible to get an appointment unless I happen to be around early enough and my wife isn’t away to queue outside the surgery before 0800! Then that appears to be so I can book a phone call to get triaged by a receptionist.

It’s impossible to get through on the phone and you can’t book any appointments other than on the day!

I do not recommend this surgery or group but what are the alternatives?
