We drove all the way here from Montmorency Waterfall, nothing special really
Came across this place by chance.
Badly organized wait staffs, running around like chicken without heads and we waited so long to have our order taken.
We left in the end.
We drove 3 mins away instead to La Cappadoce, we were promptly seated and order taken within minutes for great authentic Turkish food prepared by the owner.

It’s been 3 years since I last ate in the restaurant and I took out tonight’s dinner.
Pad Sew Beef ($20 / $23 with tax before tips) Disappointing with the beef noodle, beef chunks could be sliced thinly, while I appreciate the amount of meat, smaller tender beef pieces would go better with the noodles in my opinion. The dish as a whole also didn’t taste like much.
Mango Stick Rice ($7.50 / $8.60 with tax before tips): Tasteless. Not recommended. 1*
Pandan Flan Cake ($6.50 / $7.50 with tax before tips): Almost bordering on tasteless. Not worth it. 1.5*
Thai Coconut Milk Crème Caramel ($6.50 / $7.50 before tips): The only decent dessert in this order. Recommended. 4.5*
While the service is okay, the taste of their food has deteriorated, the Pad Sew Beef didn’t taste bad but not great neither, it’s not worth the $ nor the calories.

I miss the old florists. They went above and beyond.
While this time, the bouquet of flowers turned out okay, she simply handed me the bouquet without any wrapping, for $78.18, I expect a nice paper or plastic wrapping the flowers together with plant food. In addition, I was not provided my receipt and when I went back for it. I was told that it is not possible at all because she has just rang the next customer.
I worked as a cashier before and I’m very baffled by her comment, you mean to tell me a big supermarket chain like Provigo is using a system that does not allow recall of receipt for previous transactions at all?

We tried this place for the first time after they moved from Brossard to Longueil and it is the most disappointing $220 we ever spent.
The proprietor changed and so did their food.
The meat under their Istanbul Mixed Kebab was okay (tender) but it’s not the same taste/anymore.
Even their fries changed (I used to get extra portions of their frites because they were SO GOOD).
Their lahmacun wasn’t good and we got so many thinking it was the same :”(
Disappointing and will not be returning.

Review from summer of 2020:
We’ve been eating here several times since we discovered this place a few weeks ago, as good as they come for Turkish food (I may be Asian but le mari is Turkish!) and we both enjoy the food here every time.
The service though... varies, sometimes you get prompt and efficient service and other times, it takes a while to get any service at all.
There is one particular lady in hijab that I find to be the best as she knows what she’s doing, is efficient and provides good service, she should be the manager there! (If that is not already the case).
