Worst medical service ever, my son made an appointment online and arrived 20 minutes early, was taken back to patient room within 15 minutes of his appointment and several test were run. Then we waited for over two hours to get the results of Covid and Flu Tests.
They completely forgot he was in the room waiting for results. Many people came and went while he waited for his results. After 2 hours and 15 minutes he was told the results and released.
There were no reasons given fir the long delay.
