The service provided by a Chinese staff was totally outrageous. She was extremely rude and raised her voice when my family went to collect the cake. The previous staff which took the order made a mistake by not keying in the details in their system and I explained to her via phone the needed details and yet she would not give the cake without the receipt. What is the purpose of having a system when it's not functioning? I had to go back and look for the receipt to take the cake in the middle of the function. The Chinese staff even challenged me to make a complaint. Do teach your staffs how to communicate, correspondence and react to situations when comes to dealing with customers.
