We have been enjoying fresh organic produce being delivered to our doorstep every week for over and year. This was a new experience for us but we have never looked back. The deliveries are punctual, the bins are clean. We cannot get over how much bigger, fresher and healthier the produce is compared to anything we've seen in grocery stores. It takes less than 5 minutes to review the upcoming order online each week and do substitutions or quantity changes. Service and quality control is amazing. If something isn't up to their standards they will send a substitute and often put some bonus food into the bin as compensation. If you don't like the substitution you can get a credit. Once I had tomatoes go bad by the next day. When I emailed them they immediately responded and said they would send extra the next week at no charge. They try to use local food as much as possible but with Canadian weather that is challenging. In the organic real-food world, there is a more limited selection and we had to get used to eating seasonally. If you want the cheapest food available go to Walmart. If you want nutritious, pesticide-free food delivered right to your door with excellent service to back it, you will find their costs very reasonable. Love Durham Organics!
