The rates are amazing, but the customer service is horrible. Reaching someone via phone or email is a real struggle and when you finally manage to talk to someone, it's like pulling teeth to get help. You are limited to what you can do when contacting the insurer directly because they want you to go through the agent. Very frustrating. The final strike was when I reached out on a Friday to let them know I would be buying a car on Saturday. I was told someone would be available to help. Well of course the next day, it took over an hour and a half to reach someone and get the car insured. Prior to this I had completed one of the many surveys they email out explaining my issues with the poor level of customer service and no one ever followed up. Seems they don't care. Long story short, I have switched agencies. I rather pay more money and have peace of mind that someone will be available should I ever need to file a claim.
