Beautiful high river. Love to see it flow so well yet so cold. Riverwalk is almost always great for a stroll with colleagues and lovers alike. (Videos: 5/31/2023; Google Pixel 7 Pro, no filter)
*UPDATE 1/2/24: This place has gotten very dirty and gross quickly. Garbage cans full. Litter everywhere. Used to seem kind of upscale but it is completely trashed, like nobody has touched it since before Christmas. Sad.
**ADDED 4/28/24: The potholes in the lot are starting to be large enough to swallow a motorcycle.
When the Reno High kids aren't buzzing around the property, it seems to be a great neighborhood retail development with the CVS anchor. I have a feeling that a few people who would love to place/keep their businesses there are just slightly out of price range as the area is technically considered part of the moderately affluent old SW Reno.
