I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chapel Tavern, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is dark and enticing, creating a unique and inviting ambiance that is hard to find elsewhere. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you step inside.
Their cocktail menu is a standout, offering a variety of creative and delicious drinks that change seasonally. One of my personal favorites is the "Baja Blast Off." This drink is a tropical, refreshing delight made with Blanco Tequila, Lime Cordial, Pineapple, Lemon, Blue Spirulina, and a Tropical Tincture. It's the perfect balance of flavors and a must-try for anyone visiting.
Other notable drinks on the menu include the "Dealer's Choice," where the bartender crafts a cocktail based on your spirit preference, and the "Consigliere, C.T.T.D.M.S.A.B," a sophisticated blend of Bourbon, Amaro, and Vermouth.
