Horrible person! Worst customer service and blatant disregard to people with disabilities. After scheduling a time to view an available unit, “Jan” informed me she wouldn’t be showing me because I have a service animal. She asked me what my disability was and why I require one which is a direct violation of HIPPA and my personal privacy.
After I told her she isn’t able to ask me that, she proceeded to pretend she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. Denied my next 3 phone calls, and answered a 4th call, all the while pretending she couldn’t hear me.
I am at a loss for words. Never in my life have i been treated with such disrespect and disregard based on my physical disabilities.
I am contacting the Equal Housing Association, and news media as well. This is absolutely ridiculous.
