We were on a pleasure visit to Florida and wanted to try a Mediterranean food. This restaurant reviews on google were 4.9 out of 5 which made my expectations high as sky. So we came in and ordered Beef kabob platter, lamb kabobs platter, cheese pie, and chicken shawarma. The lamb kabobs were really good, juicy and tender. The beef on the other hand were dry and flavorless. Chicken shawarma was on ok side. Cheese pie was also just ok. The rice given to us were white rice and I have seen it rarely seen white rice in Mediterranean food. Also they charged us extra for not paying on cash. I seriously don’t understand this mentality of small businesses, first they want customers to support them and then they charge customers without informing them on something that is very common across US. I mean who keeps cash in their pocket nowadays. Anyways not a restaurant I would like to come back. Just ok experience for me.

Suggestion for owner: man you have a good business, please stop charging customers for using credit card. Also try to make beef as good as lamb.

Suggestion for customer: take cash with you if you want to save three percent on bill.

During my visit to Canada lot of my friends suggested me Karhai Boys. Since Karhai is my favorite dish and I know quite lot of different flavors available for Karhai I want to try it out. We ordered kids meals for kids and GawalMandi Mutton Karhai for ourselves. The half Karhai quantity was good enough for two people. The presentation of Karhai and House naan was pretty good. The flavor of Karhai on other hand was more Lahori style, I realized it already as the name has GawanMandi in it not Highway. Anyway overall it was good experience. Might be only one time thing for me.

Suggestion for owner: I think your staff needs little training that if a customer is selecting tip amount on machine they might wanna look away. Makes the moment little awkward.

Suggestion for Customers: don’t expect Karachi flavors, it’s all lahore flavors.

Kids wanted to try a good breakfast restaurant in Pakistan so we thought to give them a try. The restaurant is a bit small but the food was good. We ordered Cheese and Mashroom omelette, pan cakes, french toast, cappuccino etc. all turned out to be good. The serving plates were not of right size and music was little loud even though we asked 2 times to lower down music.

After living abroad for almost a decade I wanted to try local Chinese cuisine in Karachi. My family suggested me Peking so thought to give it a try. We started off with Hot n Sour soup which was good. Then we had Shrimp Mancurian and Chicken Mancurian with chicken fried rice. Both curry flavor was fair enough, nothing extraordinary good. Same for rice. Chopsuey was a little off beat. Overall an average experience.
